#0 Welcome to O.Lab Workshop
Hey, my name is Michelle. Welcome, and thanks for stopping by :)
I'm a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner based in Canada, but before you lean too hard into that label, let me ask you to set it aside for a moment.
The treatment room is just one stop along the way, not the destination. I'm not here to only be your practitioner. I also want to show up to walk alongside you as a teammate, a fellow traveller, the one who reminds you to breathe and search inward. The relationship between a healer and the people they work with has never been one-directional. It's a two-way journey. We grow through each other.
Every session is like a single frame in the film of your life, and every practitioner has their limits. At some point, the reel runs out, and new journeys begin. But before that happens, I hope to leave you with things that you can carry forward. Sometimes that may look like a small healing tip, maybe a reflection on personal growth, or sometimes just a little joy or comfort. All of these fall under the four main concepts:
|Physical |Emotional |Intellectual |Spiritual|
Why is it called "一圓生活研究所 · The O.Lab Workshop"?
Because I believe that the energy we put out into the world, the kindness and love we spread, will never go to waste. The growth you invest in yourself and the healing you receive will always find its way back to you. The "O" is a circle, a loop, a wholeness. My hope is that this space brings you nourishment and joy, and helps you see yourself and others with a gentler eye. It all comes around. It brings you back to yourself. It brings you home to stillness.
I hope we can find and achieve stillness together on this journey. Because stillness roots us and lets us expand further, move with more ease, and face life's endless challenges with a little more courage each time. Only trees with deep roots can last through the storms.
May we all have the souls and curiosity of wanderers, but with a peaceful heart. Let us explore everything in the flow and with ease of mind.
At this brief moment where our paths overlap, let's keep each other company and enjoy the journey together.
