#2 T.R.U.S.T. helps check if the practitioner is right for you.

T.R.U.S.T.

Because good healthcare isn't just about treatment — it's about trust.

👀 How do you know if you've found the right healthcare provider?

Repeat after me: T.R.U.S.T. ( ´͈ ᗜ `͈ )♡

T — Trained and properly credentialed

R — Really listens and hears your story

U — Understands and explains the why behind your care

S — Shifts and adapts your treatment plan as you progress

T — Team-oriented care that makes you feel safe and supported

"A good practitioner doesn't just treat your symptoms, they read your story."

Especially in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we are basically little detectives 🕵️‍♀️ (minus the trench coat).

We use the 四诊 (four diagnostic methods) to gather clues from every angle.

  1. Observation

  2. Listening and Smelling

  3. Inquiry

  4. Palpation

So you may find us taking your pulse (we read way more than just beats per minute, but we'll get into the details later), peeking at your tongue, feeling the temperature around different parts of your body, and asking questions that might seem completely unrelated to why you came in.

"In TCM, there are no irrelevant details, only dots waiting to be connected."

So please, tell me ANYTHING.

Your shoulder only hurts between 5–7am? TELL ME!

You can't sleep after eating lamb? TELL ME!

Your left eyelid twitches every time your mother calls? TELL ME!

Are you suddenly craving ice in the middle of winter? TELL ME!

Your pinky toe has been suspiciously itchy for no reason at all? TELL ME! :)

"The smallest symptom can tell the biggest story."

Because good healthcare isn't just about treatment — it's about trust.

"Healing begins the moment you feel truly heard."
